I tried the compatibilty mode for Win 8 and Win 7, I deinstalled the driver and tried every variation. Could you ahteros where one might find this setup file?

Of course there is no compatibility setting there to change.

Aar8152 have the same question The problem is not internet speed. I went looking for the 'setup file' for the driver and all I was able to locate was the driver itself which is in 'C: This thread is locked.
